Financial and market data disclaimer
GoldAlert provides educational market information—not personal financial advice or a promise of results.
No financial advice
GoldAlert does not provide individualized investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation or instruction to buy, sell or hold any asset. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and should consult an appropriately licensed professional when necessary.
Rule labels are not probabilities
Labels such as HOLD, 50% BUY / WATCH and 100% BUY / STRONG describe stages of a published consecutive-lower-close rule. They do not state a probability of profit, prescribe a position size or guarantee that price will recover.
Prices and data availability
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, revised, temporarily unavailable or different from executable prices. TradingView charts, Yahoo Finance data, CoinGecko data and other third-party sources operate independently of GoldAlert. Always verify live pricing with your broker, exchange or bullion dealer before transacting.
Historical results
Backtests and forward-return summaries describe past observations. They may be sensitive to sample size, market regime, data quality and methodology. Past performance does not guarantee or reliably predict future results.
Third-party links and advertisements
External links, embedded widgets, advertisements and affiliate links are provided for context or convenience. GoldAlert does not control third-party products, execution, availability, security, pricing or claims. An affiliate relationship does not change the published signal methodology.
Digital assets and market risk
Precious metals, mining shares, ETFs, commodities and cryptoassets can lose value and may be volatile. Gold-backed tokens also carry issuer, custody, smart-contract, liquidity and exchange risks in addition to gold-price risk.
No warranty
The site is provided on an “as available” basis without a warranty that information will always be accurate, current, complete or continuously accessible. Where a source fails, GoldAlert should show unavailable or dated information rather than intentionally fabricate a replacement value.
