GoldAlert does not sell personal information. This page describes the browser storage and third-party services currently used by the site.

Information stored on your device

Watchlists, price targets, display preferences, browser-alert history and the analytics-consent choice are stored locally in your browser. GoldAlert does not receive those values through its own web server. You can remove them by clearing site data in your browser.

Analytics

The homepage uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor selects "Accept" in the analytics prompt. Google may process technical and usage information under its own privacy terms. Selecting "Reject" leaves Analytics disabled in that browser unless the stored choice is cleared.

Advertising and affiliate links

Pages may load Google AdSense resources. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure advertising, subject to their own policies and the consent requirements that apply to a visitor's location. GoldAlert also uses clearly disclosed affiliate links and may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase at no additional cost to the visitor.

Market data and embedded content

GoldAlert uses market data, reference exchange rates or embedded content from services including TradingView, Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko and ExchangeRate-API. Those providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser information and the requested resource when their services load.
